Technical Support provides service for computers, networks and other home electronics (such as Smart Phones, Ipod/MP3 Players, Digital Cameras). A Technical Support Provider will charge your credit card $14.99 – the monthly membership fee for Ultimate coverage. This technical Support Service exercises reasonable effort to resolve each customer’s technical problem. The Technical Support Provider does not guarantee resolution to customer problems (see No Assurance of Problem Resolution section of the Technical Support Terms of Service). The Technical Support Provider does not warrant that the service is free of errors or mistakes. The Technical Support Provider does not warrant or represent that defects or limitations in the service will be corrected. Nor does The Technical Support Provider warrant or represent that the service shall be available continuously. Certain extenuating circumstances may cause the service to be interrupted. Technical Support provides no remedies for such service interruptions. In addition, Technical Support provides no remedies for any loss of data resulting from use of the service. By subscribing to the Technical Support Services, the customer accepts these disclaimers. By subscribing and registering with a Technical Support Provider, you accept the Terms of Service and Terms of Use. Term: This Agreement shall be effective upon registration and remain in effect for the term (the "Term") You selected at registration. Upon expiration of the Term, your subscription to the Services shall automatically renew on a monthly basis and Your Credit Card will be charged at the prevailing Monthly Fee for the Service Plan You selected at registration. If You would like to opt out of 'Auto Renewal', You must email customer service at least 30 days prior to the end of the Term.
